Refund policy

Unfortunately if an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

If you are buying an item that is not personalised and you are not happy with it please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel, you will have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us. You will recieve your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You do not have to provide a reason.
